We couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. We took advantage of their wonderful trade in program. Don and Leonard were both so accomodating. They actually finished the basement in our new home and completed everything on schedule. We simply love our new home, the quality is phenominal and they continue to be very responsive to any needs we have.

Don and Leonard experienc and reputation is well deserved and we witnessed first-hand their open lines of communication, organization, quality of work, detail and project management. They dont mind creating custom plans or even tweaking their existing plans, in fact they welcome it. Better yet, they do not gouge the pocketbook if modifications are made.

When Chris Graham, an account executive, relocated to the area 10 years ago he did not know any builders, so he looked for a builder that actually lived in the same subdivision.

That way, I would know where to go if there were problems. You never meet other builders or see them on the job site. But Don always returned my calls and often met met on the site, so that I knew what was going on. Don and Leonard were professional and flexible.

Mr. Graham had Dusselier and Marks build a second home in 1999. What impressed me was the quality of the workers. Many of the subs that worked on my second home had worked on my first home 10 years before. Now that is loyalty.

When Dr. Steve Segraves, a physician, and his wife, Teresa, built their home, it was distinctive from other homes they had built. Our other homes were also high quality, Teresa said, but I appreciated the personal touch with Don and Leonard. They called ahead to ask questions to discover what I wanted. They found out how we lived as a family, so that they could make suggestions to get things exactly right the first time and save us money in the end. For example, we are sports fanatics, so we designed extra cabinets and special wiring for surround sound that fit us perfectly.
